Auburn Ambulance Station Fitout
The heritage building of the Auburn Ambulance Station is being trasnformed into a state of the art pub and restaurant. The work for the fitout involved designing energy-efficient and cost-effective mechanical services including VRF air conditioning system, energy-recovery air conditioning system, and kitchen ventilation system. This involved CFD odour modelling to ensure that occupants of adjacent apartment building would experience no odour nuisance outside their balconies. Our goal is to enhance the dining experience by optimising the restaurant’s layout and ventilation systems, ensuring a seamless integration with the new kitchen equipment.
Mount Sant Angelo Mercy
SEED Engineers addressed the challenges at Mount Sant Angelo Mercy by creating a functional and efficient cooking teaching area within the school's existing building. The project required the installation of six island cooking benches in a space with limited height and no option for high-level exhaust discharge.

Kitchen Odour Assessment in Surry Hills, Sydney
