The Challenges Faced
Amidst this fitout endeavor, we encountered unique challenges. The existing air conditioning and kitchen ventilation systems, initially installed with limited capacities by the landlord, posed a considerable obstacle.
The Solution Provided
To address these challenges effectively, our team devised a strategic solution. We meticulously designed the kitchen ventilation system, aligning it with the existing fan capacities while ensuring compliance with DTS (Deemed-to-Satisfy) requirements.
