We provided mechanical design and coordination for the installation of mechanical services of a 2 level restaurant. This project consisted of 2 large 1000 kg wood fired pizza ovens, a kitchen, amenities, and 2 levels of dining area.

The Challenges Faced
Ventilation of large display pizza ovens was a key issue.
The Solution Provided
The wood fired pizza ovens were designed with natural flues to ensure that they were designed to standard and remained aesthetically pleasing to restaurant patrons.
