The project had some constraints including cost and time and we needed to keep the restaurant fully operational during the refresh. We used two new-to-SEED techniques that made a significant difference to both internal and external environments.
The tall stacks we call “accelerators”, fabricated by Icon Industrial. They enhanced the discharge enormously.
We also used Cool-Fog’s odour neutralizer system in the fogging system, which made substantial changes to the odour result.
Sharpline provided the hood reconfigurations and new Veritech filtration, whilst Fantech provided upgraded fans.
We worked closely with Brisbane City Council providing meterological modelling and regular updates. We are very proud of the outcomes. Whilst we didn’t go to public tender, we came in under budget. This is the value of using trusted suppliers, and having a good plan.
