The Challenges Faced

A significant challenge in this project was the limited ceiling space on the ground floor, which posed difficulties in installing fan coil units (FCUs) and ensuring efficient air distribution without compromising the building's functionality and aesthetics.

The Solution Provided

To address the ceiling space constraints, SEED Engineers selected compact cassette units that require minimal space and eliminate the need for extensive flexible ducting between the units and outlet grilles. Additionally, a "Silence Air" system was introduced to ensure the quiet and efficient delivery of make-up air, maintaining optimal indoor air quality while adhering to the building’s functional requirements.
