The Challenges Faced

Value for money and ease of maintenance were the two key issues.

The Solution Provided

Using several performance approaches, we provided a design that relied upon constant ventilation using heat recovery ventilation. This ensured we minimised mould risk in wet areas. We minimised carpark ventilation ducts and enhanced fresh air supply to dining rooms. We designed VRF systems such that they can be maintained hygienically.
