SEED was engaged to provide advice about a smoke problem involved with the kitchen exhaust system.

The Challenges Faced

There were issues with the coordination of base building infastructure and grease build up.

The Solution Provided

We were able to provide advice on the flow rates required and on fan sizing for a like-for-like kitchen exhaust replacement. To prevent the grease building up within the duct reoccurring we changed the filtration type so that the grease could be collected locally and can be easily maintained.
