Stockland Shellharbour shopping centres utilize centralized mechanical system featuring high-efficiency centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, and gas-fired boilers to supply chilled and hot water to tenant fitouts via a primary-secondary pumping loop with VSDs. Tenants connect to the chilled water loop using air handling units or fan coil units for space cooling, while adhering to strict design guidelines and commissioning processes. The system prioritizes energy efficiency via a BMS-controlled infrastructure with demand-driven ventilation, heat recovery, and compliance with NCC Section J and AS 1668.2 standards.

→ Monash IVF Hospital - Gold Cost

Monash IVF Hospital on the Gold Coast is a specialised healthcare facility focusing on fertility treatments and day surgery, featuring a medical-grade mechanical system designed for precision and reliability. Its air conditioning utilises zoned air conditioning systems for critical areas (e.g., IVF labs, operating theatres) with strict temperature and humidity control, while ventilation employs HEPA filtration and pressure differentials (positive/negative) to ensure infection control and air quality compliance with relevant Australian standards.
