Desktop review of existing site wide infrastructure made recommendations based on non-compliances. Collated findings and supervised the design of the additional requirements, consisting of upgrade to site wide fire pumps and foam systems feeding remotely operated monitors, deluge systems and hydrants.
KIDSTON HYDO POWER STATION
Design and certification of four new deluge system(s) 2 x 125 MW transformers and 2 X 125MW generators producing a total of 250 MW.

Post Failure Fire Services Site audit- Over 5 days conducted a thorough site audit of all supporting fire services and associated systems, after a fire in the exciter and explosions in both the low- and high-pressure turbine compartments resulted in catastrophic failure of Turbine 4. Report comprised of individual systems status complete with photos of the damaged services and components. Budgets to replace the affected systems and or components damaged or destroyed during this event.

Defence Fuel Services Branch Fire Safety Studies with regards to AS1940- Tackled storage and handling of Flammable and Combustible Liquids NFPA 30, NFPA 16, and Defence Manual of Design of Fuel Farms. Led compliance assessment of above standards against installed systems’ as well as section 11 of AS1940, RAAF Base Amberley (Super Base), Townsville RAAF Base, Oakey ARMY base, HMAS Cairns. Produced defects register from site audits, budget estimates for the upgrades to each installation, then collated scoping documentation for tender.

Bega Chess New Project Truffle – Led trade waste design for Truffle Cheese’ new processing facility at Koroit (Country Victoria) with peak effluent flow of 403 cubic meter per hour.
