At SEED Engineers, we pride ourselves on our agile business model that provides us with the capability to turn over minimum client outlay through innovation for maximum return whilst also maintaining a quality experience for the client at all stages of the process.
Our quality management process is handled with the utmost care to ensure that the customer’s goals are satisfied in accordance with the project requirements. We do this by ensuring compliance to the Project Brief, state and federal regulations, and those provided by the client in a timely manner using our Quality Planning process. Any complications are therefore detected and flagged early in the design process.
The client is always kept abreast of design changes and given the opportunity to determine for themselves if these are worthy of cost variations. Each major component has a specific report provided where the proffered design is compared to the Brief. Departures from the Brief are highlighted so that the client can assess whether the departure is acceptable. SEED Engineers retains ownership of ongoing monitoring and improvement of project processes.
Management and Quality Control Systems
Our management and quality control systems are in place to ensure close contact with all stakeholders throughout our engagement on a project. We believe that keeping clear and open lines of communication enables superior solutions with a safety-first approach, whilst always being mindful of environmental factors. The Quality Management System employed at SEED Engineers is certified to ISO9001.
Environmental Management System
At SEED Engineers, we believe in ‘walking the talk’ of sustainability. Part of this is our Environmental Management System (certified to ISO14001). This underpins our holistic approach to environmental impacts as a business, and supports our SMS and Customer Service Standard.
Health and Safety
As a company that prides itself on safety first, we ensure that all personnel comply with site rules on any project, have a relevant White Card, and provide appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). We also maintain ‘Safe Work Method Statements’ which are adhered to by all staff and available for viewing upon request.
