• Lead of black utilities (HVAC, CA, Plumbing, Fire water, FMCS) in Project Banksia Broadmeadows, responsible for procurement, cost, schedule managements, design coordination, design review, draft Qualification & Validation related documentations, construction, commissioning, qualification and validation managements, etc.
• Project Banksia is one of the biggest pharmaceutical projects in Australia, the overall investment is over 900million AUD. The direct managed contractors are BESIX Watpac, ICON, etc.

Senior Facility Engineer - MTE

• Worked and lead a team with 6 engineers to facilitate timeline, cost, design, construction, quality in project cleanroom, HVAC, plumbing, FMCS systems in Corning AGS Phase II Project (Semiconductor)
• Participated in Corning project commission in planning and making project standard, statistical/dynamic commissioning plan, SOP, and specifications, etc.
• Collaborated with design team to ensure that concepts (FEED) are functional and manufactured
• Help set and define revenue targets
• Evaluated and improved design for cost savings and energy efficiency, reduce initial investment of 15% in cleanroom and HVAC
• Provided technical support to HVAC cost estimation, construction and operation SOP.
• Provided technical solutions and best designs to Corning global HVAC related issues such as air balance issues, spot cooling in JUNO plant, free cooling proposals in AGS plant, cooling system optimisation in PDG project, etc.

• Acted as MEP leader during the preparation and coordination of design used. Prototyped and tested new design, structural and UM concepts
